Character Care: Princess Plum

I messed a little with my hair shading method, adding brighter highlights at the end. I hope it looks okay.

First ref for our potential Character Care contest is up! This little one is Princess Plum, she's one of Ryuu's Mario Fan Characters. But her background in Character Care is as follows:

-PRINCESS PLUM-
Plum is a curious little girl who stops by the nursery every so often. She loves to make ice cream and is interested in soups, but she's not allowed to use the stove yet. She has a bit of a temper problem, despite her happy appearance. Her moods don't gradually change depending on circumstances, they snap. One minute she can be skipping along, but if someone makes her mad, she's instantly fuming. Fortunately, ill feelings go away just as fast. Due to these mood snaps, some of the kids are a little edgy around her, which does make her a little sad. She does have friends who'll be with her, though.
