Mission Accomplished

I totally didn't mis-spell "Accomplished" on the file's original name no way, not me.

I also did a version of this without the rain and I don't know which I like better [/weeps]

Buuuut anyway. This was another amazing commission from Ryuu ordered that I totally had to colour. Please see the original version, it's really rad. <3



I painted this as a little something for (It's where his icon comes from, too! ;D) I hope it looks okay! I tried to make this atmospheric like Cecil's image, but I kinda went above and beyond with this one... so I totally hope I didn't screw up. ._.
