I hope this doesn't look too bad... I'm still having trouble with my wrist and I'm really hoping it hasn't affected my colouring too badly.

In light of playing OoT3D, Ryuu and I got talking. Dark Link was a particular subject that came to mind. It always seemed kinda funny how he'd sink into the floor and suddenly reappear after being struck. This is a little extension of how Dark could reappear. In our minds anyway.

As Ryuu himself put it: "When struck, Dark Link falls through the floor and blasts apart in a puff of smoke... Link's not sure what's going to happen now, not realizing that the water behind him is re-forming into Dark Link, the black smoke coming out of the air and being sucked into the form, darker and angrier than before..." That's basically what this image is trying to portray.

Been a while since my last "screencap" attempt, anyway. Hope you like it!

Link and Dark Link belong to Nintendo.

Evil dungeon and evil miniboss, and even worse dungeon in Master Quest (shudders in terrible memories.) But pretty cool. Dark Link is an underused character, and this seems like a really cool idea.
